Premium slatted bed bases and high-quality mattresses provide outstanding sleeping comfort, while luxurious duvets, pillows, and bed linen from Von der Thannen Luxury Bedding complete the exclusive sleeping experience.

The bright walls and ceilings, finished in brushed spruce wood, blend harmoniously with the premium ash wood flooring. Custom-made solid ash doors add a distinctive and elegant character to the apartment, creating a warm and inviting alpine atmosphere.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features elegant metallic bronze fronts and a stunning Patagonia-inspired worktop, whose unique pattern is also reflected in the bathroom design. High-end appliances include a BORA induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
Illuminated glass wall cabinets create a modern ambience, while the kitchen is fully equipped with colour-coordinated dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, glasses for up to six guests, and everything else you need to prepare and enjoy your meals in Arosa.

The bathroom features impressive large-format tiles with the elegant Patagonia pattern, complemented by brushed bronze fittings from Grohe. The warm bronze accents combine beautifully with the natural wood and stone elements, creating a refined and luxurious atmosphere.

Ideally located in the heart of Arosa and directly overlooking the picturesque Untersee Lake, this holiday apartment offers uninterrupted views and excellent access to public transport. The train station, post office, and bus stops are all just a short walk away.
Supermarkets, a pharmacy, a variety of shops, and several restaurants can also be reached easily on foot.
The Arosa–Weisshorn cable car and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift are only 400 metres from the property, providing quick access to the ski slopes and hiking trails.
The Untersee Lake is a popular destination throughout the year, whether for a refreshing swim on warm summer days or for the increasingly popular experience of ice swimming during the winter months.
Important information
- The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults, or two adults and 2 children under the age of 12. This ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay while preserving the exclusive atmosphere of the apartment.
- The apartment is equipped with one set of bed linen and towels per guest. Additional sets can be ordered for an extra charge.
- Guests have access to the ski room and the bike storage room. In addition, the apartment includes a private heated ski locker for skis and ski boots, which can also be used to dry and store cycling and hiking clothing during the summer.
- Guests can use the shared laundry room in the building with the laundry card that we will provide in the apartment.
- The apartment features a Smart TV with Zattoo TV and Samsung TV.

In the event destination Arosa is busy in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or at the lake inspire their audience. Just like the wonderful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.
The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa is located at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800 m. The impressive mountain scenery offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and varied winter sports opportunities in winter.
Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared from strong winds. Because there is a lack of through traffic, the Air particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine health resort since 1877. You can reach Arosa with Rhaetian Railway from Chur or with car over 365 switchbacks and through several tunnels, past the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
