Arosa Vacations was founded in 2020 and has stood for professional administration, personal support and transparent holiday rental processes ever since.
Two experienced experts from Arosa are behind the project, Carlos Alvarez, founder of the agency BlueHills for digital marketing and vacation rental services, and Filipe Soares, owner of Arosa laundry and dry cleaning and long-time hotel professional.
Together with local partners, we ensure that owners and guests in Arosa receive the best possible service — reliably, competently and with great attention to detail.
BlueHills agency
Founded by Carlos Alvarez in 2022, has BlueHills Even before the official establishment, services for over 120 vacation rentals em Arosa provided and is now the owner of the Arosa Vacations project.
With extensive experience in the local market and in managing vacation properties, BlueHills also offers services in the areas of web design, web development and digital marketing.

Founded by Filipe Soares in 2022, after many years of experience in managing vacation homes and over twelve years as a supervisor in the renowned Tschuggen Grand Hotel, has Arosa Laundry and Dry Cleaning a solid customer base built in the local market.
Customers include public institutions, hotels, holiday home administrations, private customers as well as the role as Main partners of Arosa Vacations and BlueHills.
With a Reputation for quality and experience does the company ensure that all managed properties are always in perfect condition — always accompanied by a natural friendliness and charm when dealing with guests and customers.
