Our studio has recently been renovated and equipped to welcome travelers eager to discover Laax at any time of the year. The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a large double bed (180x200cm), a 160x200cm sofa bed, and a 90x200cm sleeper chair.
Everything has been decorated and renovated with great attention to detail, using high-quality, functional materials so that you can enjoy your stay in comfort.
Its unbeatable location will allow guests to enjoy all the main activities in the town center and at the lake, and the bus stop within walking distance will take you anywhere in the area in just a few minutes.
Guests can enhance their stay with the hotel service Seehof — which is next to the building — with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and with the possibility to access the wellness area of Hotel 3000.
Traveling in a group? No problem. This studio and our other studio next door are available for guests who wish to come with their family and friends.

Where you can sleep
Location
Thanks to the bus stop right in front of the building, you can reach any destination in the Laax-Flims-Falera area in just a few minutes by bus.
The building is near Lake Grond, where you can enjoy local activities; Hotel 3000, where you can access the wellness area; and all local services within walking distance.
Important information
- The guest card is included with the stay. To receive it, guests must complete the registration form. They will find the QR code in the apartment, or we can send them the corresponding link.
- The apartment is equipped with one set of bed linen and towels per guest.
- Guests can use the ski room in the building.
- Guests can use the laundry facilities in the building.
- The apartment comes with basic supplies; refills are not provided.

🌊 Swimming Pool
- Access to the swimming pool at Wellness Hotel 3000 in Laax is included in the price of the stay. The hotel is located close to the apartment and is easily accessible on foot.
- Before arrival, guests may book an upgrade at an additional cost, giving them access to the entire wellness area at Hotel 3000.

🚌 ⛷️ Transport / Ski-in & Ski-out
- With the Flims Laax Falera guest card, guests, children under the age of 13, dogs and bicycles can travel free of charge between the Flims Vallorca, Fidaz Waldrand, Laax Caltgera and Falera Center stops.
- From May to October, bicycle spaces must be reserved for an additional fee via the SBB website or the SBB Mobile app.
