Welcome to our beautiful, renovated design studio in the center of Arosa — right next to the “Zentrum” bus stop.
Our studio has recently been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail to welcome guests who want to discover Arosa at any time of the year. The studio can accommodate up to 3 people with a large double bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed (90x200 cm).
Everything has been renovated and decorated with high-quality and functional materials so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest and with comfort.
Thanks to the unbeatable location — right by the “Zentrum” bus stop — you can reach the whole of Arosa quickly and free of charge by bus. In addition, all major services are within walking distance.
There is also the public car park “Hubelsee” nearby, where guests can park their cars — less than 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot from the train station, and just as close to the nearest mountain railway.
Are you traveling with family or friends? No problem! This studio and the neighboring studio are available to guests who want to travel together.

Lage
Located in a quiet residential area close to the Maranerstraße, opposite the bus stop and next to the ski slope down from the Prätschli. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and the Obersee lake.

Arosa paradise in the Swiss Alps
In the event destination Arosa is busy in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or at the lake inspire their audience. Just like the wonderful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.
The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa is located at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800 m. The impressive mountain scenery offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and varied winter sports opportunities in winter.
Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared from strong winds. Because there is a lack of through traffic, the Air particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine health resort since 1877. You can reach Arosa with Rhaetian Railway from Chur or with car over 365 switchbacks and through several tunnels, past the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
